Deosai means the “Land of Giants”. On being asked about his tour, Irfan added, “Visiting these areas of Pakistan were my dream, and capturing these candid moments have made my tour more enticing. Being a Pakistani, my intuition had kept motivated me to visit these areas. Our trip to northern areas(Skardu) was cancelled so many times due to the weather condition and land sliding.”
He further added, “But when we got fortunate enough to have to best time to visit Skardu we didn’t miss it. The season for tourism start from June to August in Skardu.”
According to Irfan, visiting these areas does not cost a lot. Anyone can visit these areas at a Nominal price. After our Law Enforcing Agencies have taken the charge of these areas. After that these areas have become more secure for the tourists to come.
In 2016, over 1 million tourists have visited Pakistan’s northern Areas, an article, which said that people are feeling more secure and free when visiting these areas.
As well as Pakistan Tourism Development Corporation (PTDC) has also promised to make more hotels for the tourists to say in these areas.
Irfan was there along with his friends, and the camping, the clouds intercepting mountains and cold breeze. Such an enchanting tour he must have.
The reason everyone should visit this place is to see the blend of nature, icy mountains in summer! what else can be better ?
Without any doubt, Pakistan has a lot of places which Pakistani people still need to explore. And empowering Pakistan Tourism industry is one of the core things which our government should do.
