There are many sunnahs that Muhammad Prophet (PBUH) has left for us to follow. But, these are 12 major Sunnahs which holds the higher amount of reward, are being discussed in this article.
1. Waking and Sleeping Early
These days the sleeping schedule has gone into pits, especially in teenagers. Which leads to depression and stress. Fajr is the most blessed time of the day, if one wakes up at Fajr and offer prayers then he/she will feel meditated and relaxed.
2. Always Smile
We know, the world we live in gives us the tough time, but our Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) has taught us to face everything with a smile, this also means that you need to be optimistic even in the times of trouble.
3. Using Miswak
If we see from a scientific point of view, Miswak or Siwak has many benefits for our teeth and gums. Miswak helps in removing Plague from teeth and makes gum stronger. Our Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) discovered it thousand years ago what scientists just discovered.
4. Oiling Hair
People nowadays are facing hair loss, which can be an adverse effect of uprising stress which is becoming rife all over the world. Oiling hair can help you not to lose the beautiful hair you have.
5. Maintaining Rule in Eating
Muhammad Prophet (PBUH) has given us 1/3rd rule in eating. Which suggests that your meals should be balanced as in do not over eat, which could lead to other things like acidity or vomit, or do not under eat, which could lead one’s body to weakness. So, eat according to your need.
6. Being Quiet and Speaking Good
People usually argue and doesn’t speak the good language. People nowadays feel proud in insulting other humans by using harsh language when they speak. A wise person usually keep quiet when he/she sees that the other person will not comprehend them.

9. Sit When You Drink or Eat
When you eat or drink while standing it leaves catastrophic effects on your body, as well as it’s considered as ill manners. Sitting when you eat or drink makes one feel relaxed as well as it helps in digestion of food.
10. Sleeping on Right Side
Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) was the most successful person in the history of Islam. His sunnahs teach us how one should live his/her life. So sleeping on the right side has a lot of wisdom in it which people can not deny.
11. Salam or Bismillah Before Entering A House
Starting things with the name of ALLAH makes it easy for everyone. Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) teaches us to follow these simple things to get more reward.
