Stress is one of the most cringe-worthy things in life. It destroys ones peace of mind and eats away at our happiness.
Here are the following 5 Tips which could help you relax when you get stressed.
1. Listen to Music
Listening to Music sends positive signals to brain, that helps you to divert your mind toward something positive. To be noted, the songs should be upbeat. Personally, i listen to “Avicii – Levels” when, I am stressed.
For some of the people it doesn’t work, but 70% of the people has approved the fact that listening to music helps them relax, when they feel stressed.
The two best steps for relaxation and meditation are “Lounge or Chillstep music genres” these two genres are best for meditation, and has used as a treatment for the patients who can’t get over their stress and depression.
Praying is one of the most beautiful things in this world. It’s like sleeping in mother’s lap in calm night. No matter who you are, Muslim, Christian, Jew or a Hindu, grab your Holy book and read it out. Always remember God loves the people who ever remembers him. And believe me! HE IS THE BEST LISTENER!
He will help you overcome the things which have been stressing you for so long. I myself still get stressed, super stressed! but this trick always gives me an idiosyncratic peace, which is usually missing.
3. Stop Thinking and Breathe!
I know it gets tough not to think when one is stressed out! but taking the deep breaths in and out helps one relax. One of my loved ones had suggested me this, i found this childish but when i tried it once, it didn’t work. Twice, it didn’t work, but thrice, it worked! So not giving up on such things can be very helpful.
4. Go Outside
Going outside helps one relax, chose a place where there are fewer number of people, and DO NOT GO where you see squealing children, angry people honking their car horns or any place which is crowded, AVOID IT, SERIOUSLY!
Chose a place, such as Beach, where you can enjoy a sunset, make sure you pick up someone Lover or best friend, because it’s good to talk about random things on a calmer place.
5. Start Reading Stuff of Your Interest
Pick out your Top 5 things that match your interest (i.e. Photography, Music, History, etc.) and pick out the best option according to your priority. For me, it’s Photography, so i read about new Photography techniques that helps me relax when i am stressed out.
And, i’d prefer you to implement the things you learn in your practice life as well. So, you will be busy with something you adore, as well as that will eradicate the risk of getting stressed out.
